KASIA REDZISZ
Artistic Director Kanal, Centre Pompidou Brussel
Kasia Redzisz is Artistic Director at Kanal - centre Pompidou in Brussels. Prior to joining Kanal she served as Senior Curator at Tate Liverpool, where she was responsible for the programme and international collaborations. Between 2008 and 2015 she worked as curator at Tate Modern. At the same time, between 2008 and 2015 she was Director of Open Art Projects, an organisation dedicated to innovative art commissions. Her independent work includes many interdisciplinary projects, such as the inaugural exhibition of Muzeum Susch (2019) and the fourth edition of the Art Encounters Biennial (2021). She is an author of books, editor of exhibition catalogues and contributor to magazines such as Frieze, Mousse and Tate Etc. Redzisz’s curatorial practice reflects her commitment to equality, experimentation and to establishing transnational dialogues between artistic practices stemming from diverse geographies.
FABIAN SCHÖNEICH
Founding Director CCA Berlin
Fabian Schöneich is the founder and director of CCA Berlin – Center for Contemporary Arts. He was curator of Portikus in Frankfurt (2014–18) and worked as an assistant curator at Kunsthalle Basel and Kunstinstituut Melly (formerly known as Witte de With Center for Contemporary Art) in Rotterdam.
ANTHEA HAMILTON
Artist
Anthea Hamilton is a visual artist based in London. Her work is always site-specific: a consideration of location, cultural and political environment and personal circumstances provide a framework for Hamilton’s research. Hamilton’s work considers the lineage of materials and images, tracing their changeable meanings in elaboration of alternative kinds of knowledge. Recent projects include Mash Up, M HKA, Antwerp (2022); The New Life, Secession, Vienna (2018); The Squash, Tate Britain, London (2018); Lichen! Libido! Chastity!, SculptureCenter, New York (2015) and the 58th Venice Biennale (2019). Hamilton was nominated for the Turner Prize in 2016.
CELENK BAFRA
Curator and Director of SAHA – Supporting Contemporary Art from Turkey
Çelenk Bafra is a curator and the director of the SAHA since 2018. Before joining SAHA, she was the curator and director of exhibitions at Istanbul Modern, curator of “Saison de la Turquie en France”, and director of the Istanbul Biennial. She writes on arts and produces a weekly program on Açık Radio.
