Bridget Donahue’s eponymous gallery opened in February 2015 with an inaugural exhibition by Lynn Hershman Leeson. The gallery has continued to host solo exhibitions in the same location on the Bowery and represents a multi-generational, inter-disciplinary, and internationally-based group of artists. Bridget Donahue worked in New York galleries for a decade before starting her own business. While the program often presents first shows with artists, the gallery prioritize relationships with other galleries to support rigorous and ambitious exhibitions and practices.
