Since 2022, the exhibition architecture of Paris Internationale has been developed in close collaboration with Christ & Gantenbein, whose architectural approach has become an integral part of the fair’s evolving identity.
For the Milan edition, the Basel-based studio worked alongside Milanese designers NM3 to create a modular and reusable scenography conceived specifically for the modernist spaces of Palazzo Galbani.
Rather than reproducing the rigid logic of traditional booths, the exhibition design embraced the singularity of the building and the diversity of the presentations, allowing emerging and established galleries to coexist within a shared, fluid, and non-hierarchical spatial landscape. Developed as a reusable system, all elements were conceived with sustainability and long-term use in mind.
Presented by Fondazione Nicola Trussardi and coordinated by Massimiliano Gioni, Aperto Italia brought together artists, curators and writers for a full day of conversations dedicated to contemporary Italian art.
Reactivating the legacy of the historic Aperto section of the Venice Biennale, the program opened a broader discussion on the conditions of artistic production in Italy today — and on the relevance of “Italian art” as a category.

The Daily Dérives once again offered visitors a more intimate and subjective way of experiencing the fair. Inspired by the Situationist notion of drifting through a space guided by encounters and intuition, these daily walks were led by curators, collectors, architects and institutional figures including Martine Bedin, Eva Brioschi, Giovanni Carmine, Riccardo Conti, Guia Cortassa, Antonio Dalle Nogare, Victoria Easton, Alberto Salvadori, Pier Paolo Tamburelli, Nicola Trezzi, Martina Vondruska, Romane de Watteville.
Developed together with Commerce, the bookshop introduced a slower and more reflective rhythm within the fair — a place to browse, pause and gather around publishing practices. Signings and encounters throughout the week featured artists, photographers and publishers including Takashi Homma, Jacopo Benassi, Giulia Cenci, Erik Kessels, Dario Catellani, Alessandra Spranzi, Alessandro Di Pietro, Lee Scratch Perry and Davide Stucchi.
